I am working on getting back to the eliptical and just and hour a day seems to keep me at a farely good weight. I believe that weight for people is a comfort thing. Food is how i celebrate life. It is what makes me the most happy. I love entertaining with amazing food. I'm trying to learn the balance of that. This was great. I was just thinking about blogging about "It's really not my hair, thats just my distraction." Sometimes I think we have the same muse. Can't wait to meet Shandell. I too was foolish with my back for about 10 years. Then, in 2001, I went in for surgery to repair the discs in my lower back. I woke up in the recovery room surrounded by neurologists and family members because I had my 1st ever gran mal seizure. The seizures continued regularly for months until we finally found the right medication. Medication that I have to take everyday for the rest of my life. I can empathize with your back pain.
